Bosman Watermanagement is proud to have contributed to Singapore's very first polder project, an important milestone in the country's water management. The realization of this polder has reclaimed no less than 800 hectares of new land. The polder was designed by Haskoning, which played an important role in translating Dutch expertise to the local conditions in Singapore.
Bosman Watermanagement supplied six concrete volute pumps for the new Drainage Pumping Station. These pumps are designed to guarantee a stable water level under all conditions. They are therefore an essential part of the polder's overall water management and contribute to a safe and reliable system for the long term.
With this project, Singapore is demonstrating that innovative water management methods can be applied worldwide. We are honored that our pumps are playing a role in this progressive project and wish our client in Singapore many years of carefree and efficient water management.
