The more than one-hundred-year-old pumping station has made way for a modern and future‑proof installation. For the new station, two Vision CV pumps have been supplied, each with an impressive capacity of 300 m³/min at a static head of 1.66 metres.
In addition, the pumping station is equipped with a fish passage, fitted with a Vision MV attraction‑flow pump. This smart solution promotes fish migration and strengthens the ecological connectivity of the area
While the old pumping station had a capacity of 2 × 260 m³/min, the new installation not only provides more power but also delivers a robust and sustainable water system that is ready for the challenges of the next hundred years.
