Bosman Watermanagement has now installed more than 15,000 plate aerators in over 200 wastewater treatment plants. Our systems have more than proven their reliability: there are installations where our plate aerators have been operating without any problems and to full satisfaction for more than 20 years.
The plate aerator is mounted directly on the bottom of the tank.
This position prevents the formation of anaerobic zones due to dirt accumulation under the elements. In addition, the entire water column is utilized, resulting in maximum oxygen transfer efficiency and a more efficient treatment process.
Each aeration element is equipped with a lockable ball valve. This allows a separate plate aerator to be safely shut off without shutting down the entire system. This increases process reliability and enhances the operational safety of your installation.
Every treatment plant is unique. That’s why we combine your process data with our specially developed dimensioning software. This enables us to design a custom‑built aeration system that fits the specific requirements of each installation.
