Bosman Watermanagement recently installed a Vision-MV pump in the Kerkpomp Oud-Heinenoord pumping station in South-Holland.

We were looking for a testing location for a vision-MV pump that was close to our head office in Piershil. This would give us the opportunity to visit the pumps with potential customers and show their performance.

Meanwhile, water board Hollandse Delta was in need of a new pump and preferred a fish-friendlier option. Moreover, because a new suburb is under construction in their area, the capacity of the current pumping station was in need of expansion.

A combination of these factors led to our collaboration, and right now the pumping station is fish-friendly and future-proof, with a capacity of 4,5m³/min.
